Refund policy

NO QUESTIONS ASKED CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We absolutely love everything in our store and you should too.

If you change your mind for any reason after you have received your item, you can return it for a no questions asked refund, exchange or store credit.

The legally stuff

  1. Contact us within 30 days of proof of delivery.
  2. To start a return, send an email to returns@missyk.com.au with some proof of purchase.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
  4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.
  5. If the item is damaged when we receive it, we won't be able to process a return/refund, so you may want to insure it before shipping.

Exceptions

Unfortunately change of mind returns are not possible for final sale items, gift cards or perishable food items.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

We take a lot of care in ensuring your items are quality checked and safely cocooned for their journey. But sadly, we have no control over package handlers having a bad day. 

If you do receive an item, that is damaged or defective, we offer a zero-cost return.

  2. You need to contact us within 5 days of proof of delivery if your item is damaged or otherwise faulty.
  3. To start a return, send an email to returns@missyk.com.au with photo evidence of the damage/fault and proof.
  4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, make a separate purchase for a new Missy K delight.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
